L.A.C.E.O is a nonprofit organization located in Graterford Prison, Graterford PA. This blog is hosted by Centro Pedro Claver, a Philadelphia non profit as outreach to youth and the local community through art and "How to Play the Game" booklet. All writings, information, art, and personal stories were compiled by L.A.C.E.O. and its members.
